Was that easy? If it is easy for you then your body is young. If not then you need to practice. Just grasp your elbow with your palm at the back for few minutes in the position (like in the picture given) until you feel frozen shoulder symptoms.

Through this exercise yo can check your spine flexibility. Touch the without bending your knees.

If you can touch by whole palm, that’s amazing. It means you are not more than 25 years. If you can touch your fingers only it’s good. But if your hands cannot reach you need to work out.

If you can touch your knees with your head upright for 2 minutes, that’s well and good. This means that your age is as young as a school age! but if you cannot keep your head upright your muscles are not elastic enough.
